Richard Griffin

Chief Instructor, 4th Dan Black Belt

A 4th Dan Black Belt, Richard Griffin began training in Chayon-Ryu in 1971 in Houston, Texas, and trained directly under Grandmaster Kim Soo at the International Headquarters where he also served as Chief Instructor from 1977-1978

All Black Belts are certified as licensed instructors by Grandmaster Kim Soo, and receive frequent special training by him and Master Sean Kim.

All Black Belts rise from within our system. All instructors are dedicated practitioners who volunteer their time and skills to teach classes.
